Home Health Care for High-Risk Infants and Mothers
The Mom-Baby Program serves young patients who need professional skilled nursing because of health complications or other disadvantages. These services allow mother and baby to receive care in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Nursing is provided under the direction of a physician, and families become better educated on how to best care for their new baby. The Mom-Baby Program also reaches out to the Latino community with a Spanish-speaking nurse.
