Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas The purpose of Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas is to raise funds for the immediate needs of the organization and to ensure that Catholic Charities continues to provide its programs and services for the long-term. Foundation Director of Development Wendy Doyle oversees fundraising and works to provide the financial resources to meet the growing needs of the people we serve.
